Care for Some Drama with that Cheez?

Oh! Oh!! Ohhhhh my goodness! My jaw hurts from being on the floor so many times. I don't even know where to begin here! So much drama! So much to discuss!

Okay, I suppose a good place to start would be the first date. I will go in chronicological order and if I miss anything important, PLEASE jump in and add your thoughts!!! (Well, I want to hear them anyway, of course!) This episode was just so packed with stuff that I very well might miss something important.

Alright, back to the first date. Poor Christina was so nervous for her moment in the sun, I felt like, in that short period when Jake came out and danced with her, and then she talked so tenderly about him...I thought, "Wow, if I hadn't seen her be such a brat on the first episode, I probably would have liked her from what she is showing right now..." That lasted about two seconds, since she decided to drink every ounce of alcohol she could get her paws on. I was SO humiliated for her in her one-on-one time. I am convinced that is why he cut her, because she was so drunk during their alone time....

How did you feel about Ashleigh's 'Miss America' bikini walk? I wish they would have shown more conversation between the two of them. I want to know if they are building a connection or not. Then evil Rozlyn (who was rocking that devil red bikini) came and stole him away and then attacked his face in a completely unnatural, awkward way. Apparently he digs girls who make out with him awkwardly, though, because he gave her the rose (just like he gave Tenley the rose on the first night when SHE made out with him.) Boo, Jake. Don't you know she is the DEVIL?

Meanwhile, a date box appears back at the house, where the totally delusional Michelle feels that she can throw the necklace on to earn the next one on one date. Thankfully, we did not have to endure any long period of time watching Michelle. Instead, the date went to Ali, who cried darling tears of happiness when her name appeared on the date card. She is such a sweetie!

I admit it...I ate their date up. I put it in a bowl, poured sprinkles and whipped cream on it, and ate it all UP! I really adore her and Jake together. Oh, didn't you just get goosebumps when 'On the Wings of Love' started playing when they were in the airplane? (In Ali's words: "I think I just threw up in my stomach." Hmmmmmm.....) I seriously did love them dancing to Chicago, though, and he said he had never felt a connection like that before. Sigh....

The last date card arrives and Psychopath Michelle has a tantrum and runs to pack her bags, jumps all over the girls when they try to comfort her. She even accuses ROZLYN of lying! Can you believe it? Rozlyn? A liar? Pshhhhhhhhhhhh. Tenley remains composed, and, I am starting to see her more and more with Jake (behind Ali) because she is just so positive and nice. She isn't my favorite, but for him....it could work.

The final date is the group date to Six Flags where my Pick, Elizabeth, turns into a complete freak of nature. WHAT the heck. Seriously, Elizabeth? Seriously. I buried my head in my hands and shook as she read her awkward 'note' about not kissing him. So awkward. I would have liked it a lot more if later she would have just maybe mentioned it, once. Nope, she goes on to rub it into him all night. "See those fireworks? Do you want to kiss me? TOO BAD!" "I'm such a good kisser..." It's like, you made your point, he STILL chose you, MOVE on! I am shaking my head at Elizabeth. With shame.

Cocktail party time, and the truth. comes. out. Rozlyn is a BUSTED! I was annoyed by how little details were given, and even more annoyed when I read this: Rozlyn Bashes the Bachelor What is the true story here? I wonder if we will ever know... Regardless, Jake's whole world is rocked, but somehow he picks himself up from his pit of despair and makes it to another rose ceremony, where he eliminates Christina and Ashley. Phew, I was worried he might cut the incredibly unstable Michelle! Good think we can look forward to her split personality for at least another week....

Okay, so here comes the good part! The scenes from next week! Mike and I watched them carefully, and repeatedly. We concluded some things from them, so if you DO NOT WANT ANYTHING (possibly) SPOILED, then don't read on. Are you really strong enough to stop reading, though? Really?

Okay, so here's the deal. They show Vienna's bungee jumping date with Jake, and she is wearing the same tank top as the girl in the clip they show of a girl rolling out her pink luggage...as if she is leaving. WE think that they are just showing her rolling her luggage out because of that chance that he would not give her a rose...they always have to be packed and ready to go, you know what I mean? So, I think the person who actually leaves (when Jake says, "We don't need a Rose Ceremony, I think you SHOULD go") is not the girl (Vienna) they show rolling out the suitcases. Obviously Vienna stays because she goes back to the house and brags about her date too much. Elizabeth is shown storming away, though. Is it possible she is on her way out? Mike thinks that would be TOO much foreshadowing... Also, we noticed that the shirt Jake is wearing when he says that line I just quoted above, is the same shirt he is wearing on the group date he has with all the women in the next episode. Elizabeth is in that group. Michelle is, too, but it shows him kissing her in the preview for the next show....

Thoughts? Let me know! Oh, and I will leave you with a little something awesome....

Man, I love how you completely analyze the show!!! Michelle is a nutjob. Elizabeth is a game player. (I couldn't believe how she was taunting him!!). I love love love Ali. I loved how they were sprinting through the grass! And Rozlyn....good to see her go. What was with her gold dress? Gross! And did you see her almost trip when she was packing?? ha ha!! So good watching The Bachelor with you! LOL

OK, I still need to go back and watch it one more time...we had friends stop by right as all the Rozlyn drama was happening.

I thought the same thing as you did about Vienna packing her bags next week. It seems like they always give you a false intuition about what to expect. Let's hope it's Michelle he sends home!!

I'm liking Tenley a bit more...although she should have told him already that she's been married before. The longer she waits the worse it's going to look.

I liked Christina for a few moments tonight too, but then the drunk scene was awful and I didn't like her again, lol. I'm glad she went home. I think she's a good person...just not the right one for him.

And how awkward was Ashleigh's time with him in the pool?!?! "Well hello there." "I'm having a great time." TOTAL CHEESE BALL!!!

Love Ali!

OMG, Elizabeth is really weird. I liked her before tonight but she seems like a total basket case now! I'm glad he respects her wishes or whatever but really?? Who goes on The Bachelor and requests to not be kissed??

For some reason I'm kinda liking Ella now...maybe it's the whole southern thing, lol.

Glad the other Ashley went home...weren't her eyes psycho?? "Why wouldn't he want to kiss me???" Lunatic!

And I thought when they played 'On the Wings of Love' it was totally cheezy but I did get goosebumps, lol.

I love reading your Bachelor posts! So much happened tonight...glad Christina's gone. We didn't need any more of her and I'm glad Jake saw her real side. Love, loved Ali's date. I'm surprised you and Mike didn't have her in your top picks in the previous post, she's definitely my fav. And during the whole Rozlyn thing I felt like a brick on the couch, like I couldn't move if I wanted to. And she acted like nothing happened. Ok, I did read her bashing about the show but come on. I don't believe it and I'm so glad she's gone. Same goes for Gia. Something about her screams porn-star and I hope she doesn't say around long...though it looks like she might. I'm definitely routing for Ali, Tenley & Kathryn.

Well, I guess I have a new favorite song! It went through my head ALL NIGHT LONG!

Glad we found out the true psychotic-ness of Elizabeth last night. She is OUT for me.

Rozlyn is gone, Michelle needs medication.....what am I missing...

Oh, Ally is my pick! FOR SURE!!!

I need to be analyzing these things more as I watch! Here are my thoughts-quick and dirty. Love Tenley, they are perfect. She seems to have her head on straight. Ali, I agree is great too. Rozlyn is CA-RAZY and now completely humiliated. Maybe that will teach her a lesson. Elizabeth is coo coo too, she is playing games and it's weird. These are the only girls that have made a lasting impression :)

AMAZING show....my impressions about Elizabeth were right, I didn't like her from the start! I wanted to slap her silly, who does that? Tells THE BACHELOR not to kiss them? Hope she goes home soon. Loved Ali's date, usually I hate watching people dance but they were adorable and really looked like they were having fun. I like Kathryn, I wish she would have got more face time. Tenley totally dropped the ball but still like her. So glad the DEVIL in the red Bikini is out, Rozlyn was a HO! I did hear on the radio this morning that there is way more to the story than what they showed....don't want to say more than people want to hear but I heard it involves her 7 year old child! aghh why this wasn't brought up in the show, who knows?! Loved the thorough analysis of the previews for next week, can't wait!

OK, most of what I had to say has already been said. I was laughing so hard when "On the Wings of Love"(!) started playing. Are you serious?! And yes, Ashley's eyes and creepy perma-smile were weirding me out so I wasn't sad to see her go. Although I knew what was coming with Rozlyn I actually liked her in the beginning of this episode. I thought she became more of a real, down-to-earth person and not just a gorgeous, gorgeous face. Who knows what really happened. I'm sure neither side is telling the whole truth so I'm not ready to crucify her just yet. Jake's speech before the rose ceremony also almost had me laughing. "If any of you are having doubts about making a commitment to me right this minute to spend the rest of your life with me after only spending a few hours together then I think you should leave". I totally caught the whole Vienna toting her bags and thought the same thing as you. It's definitely not her who gets asked to leave but I'm not sure who it is. Can't wait to find out. The cheesiness is almost enough to make me stop watching...almost. Can't wait for next week!

P.S. Has anyone else noticed that Gia doesn't move her lips when she talks? Too much Botox???

Im telling you Joy, I am convinced something bad happens with Elizabeth. I thought she was way pretty the first episode but her note was a freaking joke! I think she goes home. I called it from the start!!!

i LOVE that you put that video on there - I have been humming that song all day. Priceless. This show was intense - wow.

Alright so I like Tenley, and then Ali a close behind. Vienna drives me NUTS. That being said. Roslyn is a dorkus and the only reason Michelle is staying on is because she is "that girl" the producers make him pick. You can tell, there is always one girl that brings drama and emotion to the show, and usually she is given a rose towards the end every episode so you can watch her drastic freakout while she waits...ew how she bugs...at least you know she'll get kicked off 4th to last...It happens that way every season...

Joy! Your blog makes me happy! Your post show breakdown is the best I've seen. :)
My favorite line was the "throw up in my stomach" yeah...um? WTH?
Elizabeth is a total game player. Love Ali, I also like Tenley. And even though Michelle is a complete nut case, she makes for FABULOUS T.V!

So I liked Ashley and her "psycho eyes" ha ha... she was entertaining and sweet. I thought she had a cute personality, but oh well, she's gone.

I am REALLY annoyed that they just sent Rozlyn packing when they should have let Jake confront her. Yep, she should have had to confess to him. Ha ha. That would have been good. But she said, "my private life isn't anybody else's business..." so she probably wouldn't agree to giving any details. UGH. They tried to make it this HUGE thing and then gave NO details. Sucky.

I didn't really get why all the girls were crying about it anyway... They should have been happy to see a woman go home so they had a better chance to stay.

Elizabeth is a total loser. I think she will be kicking herself later that she didn't take the chance to kiss Jake when she could have. And you are right...to rub it in his face so bad was really annoying.

I didn't like Tenley at first, but she is growing on me. ;)

I think Jake is still just so flattered to be the Bachelor and have these women all after him that he hasn't really found any REAL connections yet. Except with the fav Ali, of course. Her date was adorable. But so far all the relationships seem to be on the surface and there isn't any depth to them.

Oh, I love, love love it. I have been eating these comments UP!!! Toni- I did see her trip, hahaha! Nice.
Candi- Mike scoffed at you for getting goosebumps, hehe. I agree with you about Tenley and Ashleigh.
Cindy- We both liked Ali and we couldn't choose who got her! She is a favorite for sure. Also, I think Gia has been in some gentlemen's magazines, she made a wierd comment about it during the fashion shoot. Hmmmm...
Ad (peach)- Michelle needs medication FOR SURE!
Brooke- I agree about Tenley!
Erin- SO true! Yeah, if you aren't sure you are ready to marry me, then LEAVE! haha.
Amanda- I am seriously scared for whatever happens with Elizabeth. It could be a huge dramatic freakout for SURE.
Bella Notte, Thank you!
Eric- Glad I was able to give you a theme song for the day.
Shannon- It's true, there always seems to be one CRAZY who manages to cling to a rose time after time.
Britney- I am with you 100%!
MT= I agree about the connections, hopefully he builds some depth with Ali, I LOVE her!
Can't wait until Monday!!
