Simple Pleasures

Okay, my friend, Anne Marie, had a 'Simple Pleasures' tag a little while ago, and I LOVED it. Here is my response to her tag.

The Sleepmate. It is a tiny noise machine that I can take anywhere I go, and it produces the yummiest white noise EVER. Love it.

Sun Blocking Eye Patches. I am addicted to these and my earplugs. Grouped with my noisemaker....talk about a fab night of sleep.

Lavender Vanilla Pillow Spray. Ahhhhh Relaxing. Down Filled Mattress Cover. Wait a minute. All of my simple pleasures have to do with sleep. Bwahahah!! Okay, onto something different.

My Home Alarm System. Is this allowed? Talk about Piece of Mind. Whenever Mike leaves town this allows me to feel totally safe and to sleep like a baby. (Here we go with the sleep again).

Bubble Bath. Currently I am using White Cherry Blossom from Bath and Body Works. I l-o-v-e my bath. Can't get enough soaking in piping hot water. In scrumptious bubbles.
Okay, I really adore this lotion. It's Johnson's Nourishing Renewal Lotion. Mike brought home a sample home from NSHIMBA last year, when we were in school and very poor. I used it to the last drop, and counted down the days for Mike to get a job so that I could make this my first purchase!!
Body By Victoria. I love this shower care line. The gel, scrub, and lotion. It's divine! It smells delicious and feels oh so pampering.
If you really want to turn heads, use this hairspray. It's 'So Sexy' but it smells like the Body by Victoria line. And it lingers all day. YUM.
Okay, I will leave it at that! :)

Now YOU are tagged. What are your simple pleasures???

P.S. Sarah Update. She is still really sick. BUT I think things are looking up. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers, please!! PLEASE!

aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh Joy! The sound machine is FAB! We've had it for a few years and we take it everywhere. It rocks! Now Emma sleeps w/ white noise so when we travel we need TWO. LOL.

OMG you are hilarious...who wouldn't want sleep after a new baby??? I would kill for 12 STRAIGHT, UNINTERRUPTED hours right about now. Maybe when we're 50. I love this post, very cute :)

nice! i wonder what you would do in our apartment...in four and a half bathrooms, we don't have a single bathtub. that called for some creativeness in bathing a two year old. i will post a picture of what we do in a few days! i also had to laugh that you are so obsessed with sleep. i wonder why?

I love your simple pleasures. I have never heard of the sound machine but sounds very interesting. Maybe it will help McKayla to sleep in longer in the morning. She is our alarm clock at 6 am every morning even on Saturdays!! UHG I hope Sarah gets better soon!!

People make fun of me for those sound machines...I have THREE of them! That's my signature sound.....and for those of you who think Joy is kidding about the eyepatches, she isn't....that's been ongoing since she was in junior high.

PS...you can get the sound sleep machines on ebay. Just type in soundmate. Usually around $49

Those are great, Joy. It makes me want to check them all out.

Oh, and I really loved how you spelled "Peace of Mind" like "piece of mind." So, really, does the alarm give you peace or is it a piece? Hee-hee.

LOVED THIS POST! Thanks for doing this! I want everything on your list. That's the problem with this post, it makes you feel like you HAVE to try it if it's so highly recommended. Don't tell but Westin sleeps with a sleep machine and a face mask. Isn't that called a Divo??
